• Institutional Fintech Infrastructure
The mandate was to turn fintech IP held in a foreign corporation into an institution-ready UK business capable of engaging Tier 1 banks, regulators and regulated financial platforms. Defined the UK corporate, governance and IP architecture; shaped the brand from inception; established the category positioning and messaging; and directed the institutional credibility and market-entry strategy. Within eight months of UK incorporation, the business was contributing to technical and regulatory discussions with the Bank of England, FCA and HM Treasury, and was formally named among respondents to published FCA and Bank of England work alongside HSBC, BlackRock and Lloyds Banking Group.
• UK Energy Comparison Platform:
Diagnosed conversion leakage across visibility, demand capture, and follow-up for a multi-vertical UK comparison platform spanning energy, heating and HVAC-related services, renewables and financial services.. The roadmap strengthened market presence, improved acquisition efficiency, and introduced behavioural nurture logic. Within 12 months, qualified leads increased by over 20%, cost per lead reduced by 35%, and conversion rates more than doubled to approximately 2x the industry benchmark.
• International IP Firm:
Diagnosed major conversion leakage across positioning, market capture, and lead nurturing for an international intellectual property firm. The roadmap repositioned the offer, strengthened the proposition, and unified nurture and reactivation activity into one commercial system. Leads increased by 60% and sales conversions increased by 240% from the same ad spend.
• UK Tech Platform Exit:
The mandate was to increase the strategic and commercial value of a UK digital platform ahead of a transaction. Improved conversion performance to approximately twice the market benchmark; built defensible organic visibility across commercially valuable search terms; codified proprietary know-how into structured internal IP; and strengthened the quality and transaction-readiness of its first-party data through robust GDPR-aligned data governance. Repositioned the platform as a strategic asset controlling a valuable point of high-intent customer demand, supported by proprietary IP, high-performing conversion infrastructure and compliant first-party data. The business was subsequently acquired by a PE-backed international group operating across 35 markets.
